CLASSES

  • Acrobatic Dance or Acro for short is a mixture of Contortion and Tumbling done with Classical Dance Technique. Acro Classes focus on:

    • Strength & Flexibility

    • Contortion Progressions (Chin Stands, Scorpions, Tinsicas etc.)

    • Tumbling Progressions (Cartwheels, Walkovers, Handsprings, Tucks etc)

    Intro To Acro (Cannot do Cartwheel, Handstand & Bridge Unassisted)

    Acro I (Can do Cartwheel, Handstand & Bridge Unassisted)

    Acro II (Contact us for placement in this class)

    Performances: Acro Showcase (Spring)

  • A traditional ballet class focused on strong foundations.

    Class structure includes:

    • 20 minutes at the barre

    • 20 minutes across the floor

    • 20 minutes of center work

    Dancers work on musicality, foot articulation, flexibility, balance, posture, and foundational technique, alongside continued development of fine motor skills and mobility.

    Performances: Holiday Showcase & Spring Recital

  • Jazz or Jazz tech is the base for jazz, musical theater, and lyrical styles.

    Jazz Tech Classes focus on:

    • Stretch, leaps, and turns
    • Across-the-floor progressions
    • Combos and connection skills

    Have Experience? Email us about placement in Jazz Tech II, III or IV

    Performances: Spring Recital

    Recital Dance may be in Jazz, Musical Theater or Lyrical!

  • Rhythm builds confidence fast.

    • Teaches timing and musicality
    • Strengthens listening skills
    • Builds control and coordination

WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR MY KID?

ACRO

For the kid you can never quite predict.

The one scaling countertops, turning your couch into an obstacle course, and somehow ending up places you definitely didn’t put them. Fearless, curious, and always chasing the next adventure , these kids thrive when they have somewhere safe to explore just how capable they are.

BALLET

For the kid who does everything with care.

They color inside the lines, keep track of their favorite things, and care deeply for the people (and toys) they love. Often old souls, readers, organizers, and natural caretakers, these children tend to enjoy environments where patience and focus are celebrated.

JAZZ

For the kid with a personality that cannot be contained.

Expressive, animated, a little dramatic in the best way, the one with a reaction for everything and a presence that fills the room. If your child has ever been described as “a lot,” it usually just means they’re full of something wonderful.

TAP

For the kid whose brain is always busy.

Constant finger tapping, table drumming, shifting in their seat, asking one more question, these thinkers crave engagement. They often love puzzles, building, problem-solving, and figuring things out. When their mind is challenged, they light up.
